Here's Looking at You

This is a milestone recording for Anita Harris and Friends, marking her 20th anniversary on the Australian jazz scene. This 2013 release is the perfect reflection of the last 20 swinging years. With old favourites and new, a jazz verse or two, and tunes ranging from the sublime Where Is Love to that swinging Old Black Magic. Some great Latin tunes are included, not the least of which is the title track Here's Looking At You.

My Heart Belongs to Jazz

In this 2006 recording, Anita and Kim Harris have selected many of their favourite versed tunes for this intimate musical outing. Along with well known numbers such as Over the Rainbow, The More I See You and Star Dust, the album also includes numbers rarely recorded. Small Fry is close to my heart.

In the Wee Small Hours

Released in 2005, The Wee Small Hours features Anita Harris on vocals backed by “entirely sympathetic and complimentary accompaniment from some of Melbourne’s best mainstream musos” (Australian Jazz Scene, Volume 6, Issue 7, April 2006).
Standards are the fare of the day, but some of these standards are sure to surprise the discerning jazz connoisseur.

Moments in Time

First released 1998. Re-released with Newmarket in 2006.
Featuring perennial favourite Laura, this recording includes many tunes from those Jazz composers whose numbers seem timeless. Works by Van Heusen, Rogers & Hart, Ellington, Kern and Cole Porter are among the 15 tracks on offer in Moments In Time.
